Life long learning and transformation are key words in my lexicon. Organizations require teams of passionate and committed people interacting in place and space to successfully achieve their visions for the future. AND, so too do these people have needs that must also be met along the way. A mutual committmentto be open and honest about how individual and corporate needs are being met goes a long way to resolving what at first might appear to be problematic e.g. How do I be authentic and not be fired? This is the question I would like to address in my work with the Marpa Society. I have had difficulty learnign how to use the site and now feel more comfortable. I am asking Mark Wilding to send out an email to all current participants notifying them I am happy to help others become more comfortable in use of the site. Perhaps then we can begin the dialogue on questions/issues/stories that are important to us as aspiring authentic leaders.
